Located at the northern tip of world-renown Ocean Drive, this Michael Graves-designed property includes 111 luxury condominium units in a high-rise tower, plus 50,000 square feet of entertainment retail. This was South Beach’s first significant mixed-use project. The loan was placed with a consortium of lenders, including Societe Generale, Banque Nationale de Paris and Banque Worms, administered by a domestic Miami-based bank.
