$41 million of non-recourse construction financing for France's largest real estate company. Located at the northern tip of world-renown Ocean Drive, this Michael Graves-designed property includes 111 luxury condominium units.

DORAL OCEAN BEACH HOTEL & RESORT


$55.4 million sale of the venerable Doral Ocean Beach Hotel & Resort on Miami Beach between then current owner (a combination of 2 European Industrialist families) and a publicly traded hotel operating and ownership company.

THE BATH CLUB


Principals of NA-CA represented Peebles Atlantic Development Corporation in the origination of the opportunity to acquire a strategically located 5.5 acre oceanfront parcel on Miami Beach.

MIDTOWN MIAMI


This 56-acre site, situated in the midst of the burgeoning Biscayne Boulevard Corridor in Miami, was acquired by a prominent New York real estate family for a purchase price of $34.5 million.

BROOKMERE


$33.1 million facility consisting of acquisition and development loan plus a revolving credit facility for a 3-phase, mixed-use single family subdivision consisting of 120 townhouses and 188 single family estate homes for an established homebuilder in suburban Chicago.
